Our Process.

Plan
First we will sit down and see what you want and the budget you want to build with. After this we will begin planning your new project.
Step Two.
Design
After that, we’ll turn your ideas into reality by creating the design for your dream project.
Step Three.
Build
After your budget or agreement with the bank is finalised, we’ll prepare a fixed-price contract.
Step Four.
Check
We can assist you with obtaining consent. There’s a lot of planning and paperwork involved, and we handle it all for you.
Step Five.
Build
As we move through the building process, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way and ensure you’re always aware of the timeline.
Step Six.
Move In!
Once the building is finished, all thats left is to decorate and final touches that make a house a home. Then, we’ll walk you through your brand-new dream home.
